Management Portals are available at 3 levels. The Configuration Portal provides access to the entire system; including system settings, tenants and extensions. The Admin Portal allows a single tenant to have full control over their partitioned PBX service. The User Portal allows the end user the to manage their own features along with personal speed dial and outbound faxing.
PBXRealtime has Automatic Device Discovery. PBXRealtime can automatically detect the presence of new phones; build extensions for the new phones and program the phones without the need to configure the phones. Just put the phone on the network and click the discover option. PBXRealtime can configure up to 500 phones at a time in minutes.
Use your own SIP trunk providers and create your own 1st choice, 2nd choice, etc. routes based on your own criteria. Increase your service area with multiple DID providers. Unlimited Tenants, separately partioned for class5 and Hosted PBX services. PBXRealtime is fully partioned, which means each tenant is isolated from the others. There are no issues with re-using extensions, exposure to other tenants services or accidental cross dialing between tenants. Unlike many others, PBXRealtime is a true carrier grade system that does not use virtualization to give the appearance of a multi-tenant system.
PBXRealtime can be run on a single server. In fact, most instances are run that way. It can also operate with multiple mirrors or in large clusters, and both options support load balancing. In either mode, a server failure does not disrupt your ability to make and receive calls.
Mirrors and clusters can operate in separate data centers. PBXRealtime does not rely on data synchronization. Instead, each server houses its own database. Updates are written to each server in the cluster in real time. PBXRealtime is also aware of cluster activity. If one of the servers has gone off-line, PBXRealtime will automatically synchronize the failed server after it detects that the server has been restored.

The Operator Panel lets you see detailed PBX activity, like who is talking and to whom, call durations, held calls, queued calls, etc. It lets you control your phone and perform transfers, launch call spying and whisper, monitor queue activity and more. All from your web browser, without the need to install anything on the client side. It can show any number of lines per phone and held call status, so you can see exactly what is going on. PBXRealtime uses Asternic Call Center Stats for call center reporting. Asternic Call Center Stats will let you run reports over your queue activity, like how many calls were abandoned, how many answered, by whom, call durations, wait times, call distribution per day, week, month, hour, queue, day of week, agent session times, pause durations, etc. from your web browser, without the need to install anything on the client side.
